4th March 2025CE: The weather has apparently become surprisingly warm for this particular winter-season. Anyway, some thoughts, updates, plans, etc. Let's put them into their own respective-categories...

  • Thoughts: I do a lot of thinking. Yes I do. I think a lot. There are many things we should question. Things like... what causes atmospheric pressure-headaches... officially known as barometric pressure-headaches? What causes narcolepsy? I am compelled to ask these questions because I, myself, have to deal with these disruptions to my system; one of the things that came to mind was the idea of the accumulation of heavy metals in the body, the white brain-cells in particularly, and, according to past-research that I have done into my hypothesis, the brain-cells are said to be the most-difficult part of the body in which to detoxify from heavy metals. Now why would I assume that there are heavy metals in the blood-cells? Consider how, when you have a thermometre, the «mercury» within it expands or contracts and goes up or down based on whether the weather is hot or cold; knowing about this particular behaviour of the heavy metal known as mercury, I got the idea that, perhaps, sudden fluctuations in weather-temperatures cause a change in hte combination of the atmospheric-pressure and expands or contracts the heavy metals that are within one's brain-cells, resulting in those atmospheric pressure-headaches (this is one of my main theories about this for now). Some doctors say that it is because of high salt-intake, and, that high blood-pressure is also because of high salt-intake, but, I do not have any real data nor personal-experience to support such claims (and I do «field-test» a lot of things in life since «conventional-wisdom» is actually often wrong for a variety of reasons). Probably, I should move these thoughts into an article, but, for now, just some of my thoughts involving some of my own, personal-experiences, regarding both narcolepsy and atmospheric (barometric) pressure-headaches. I do know of a few methods to buffer against and negate against the negative-effects of both, also field-testing from personal-experiences, but, I will need to come back to writing that article another day in the soon-future (probably).
  • Updates: Fixed some of the pages that needed updating, and, hey, guys, I also added a simple game to this web-site that has a somewhat martial arts theme to making progress! Give it a try if you're interested! Keep in mind that it's a simple game, so if you're expecting something like Street-Fighter Turbo-Web, then, sorry, but, something like that is far beyond my current combination of coding skills and budget and time-availability, for now.
  • Plans: Well, for now, I will try to keep updating this web-site as time permits, and, eventually, I will also need to see about making classes available at other locations, such as at the local Boys & Girls Club, Rajni's Yoga-Studio (she wants me to teach Tai Chi at her location anyway), perhaps also the local Body Works Gym, possibly some schools, etc.; it's still going to require some planning time and negotiation-work and personal-visitations on my part, though, which will require me to continue to organise the future-plans and get things moving as time permits!
  • etc. What can I say? Oh, right, product-lines, yeah, I have some additional-plans and ideas for product-lines to be added into here, but, for now, I have a lot of tasks to juggle and various people expecting me to complete various kinds of work and planning things out that most people have neither the expertise nor time for; it's an important «mission» and something that requires a great deal of focus-and-concentration on my part in order to get the results delivered that everyone is expecting and hoping for! Well, for this update, that will be all for today, for this particular page, anyway.


21st February 2025CE: The word “blog” is a shortened form of “web-log.”

For all intents and purposes, this will be the blog (web-log) section of the Peak-Fit HQ website, detailing thoughts and updates as they come to mind, to be refreshed periodically as indicated in the latest updates. So, what’s the current news?

The weather has been insanely cold lately, with occasional warmer spells. The facilities at the Peak Training Center are indoors and somewhat insulated from outdoor weather at the door seams, but heating options are limited. Wearing thicker layers is recommended for those attending classes.

For the Eight-Step Praying Mantis Kung Fu and Shyun-Style Tai Chi Chuan classes, the plan is to crowd-fund them until mid-year. Note that this doesn’t apply to personal sessions or private lessons. Cardio Kick-Boxing and Aikido classes will continue as usual unless changes are announced.
